Responsible for daily operations of the store. Monitor, manage and control the inventory of new and used equipment. Responsible for negotiating with suppliers and preparing wholesale contracts. Identify dependable good suppliers and maintain a good relationship. Develop and maintain positive customer relationships. Assist owner with purchasing of used quality kitchen and commercial restaurant equipment for sale. Forecast sales and prepare forecast charts for purchasing new inventory. Responsible for overseeing delivery as well as shipping of inventory. Timely obtain and maintain licenses. Coordinate invoiced sales activities with the warehouse and oversee timely fulfillment. Plan and manage the sterilization & sanitation process of used equipment prior to sale. Monitor implementation of proper removal procedures for contaminated items. Review inventory for blemish or dent items that might be still under warranty. Sort good condition, scratch and dent inventory for sale. Train sales personnel. Promptly respond to customer complaints and take necessary actions to resolve any issues. Timely obtain and maintain licenses. Help the customer service team with escalated customer service issues. Process and fulfill key customers’ repeat orders. Responsible optimizing efficiency and minimizing waste and maximizing value for the customer. Read financial statements and prepare profit-loss statements for the management.
Requires high school diploma or foreign equivalent + 2 years of managerial experience. Requires 1 year experience in wholesale transactions and contract negotiations.
