We Make every effort to make sure all products are packaged correctly and
to freight company standards. However occasionally accidents happen during
shipping.
ALL Equipment Is covered by our Insurance. Providing all Procedures are done
correctly by You. Do not sign for your shipment until you have inspected it
for damage.
Make the truck driver wait while you break down/open/inspect the items.
If any item is clearly damaged, or if you have any doubt about possible damage,
you MUST do the following:
- Note it clearly on the bill of lading before signing it
- Keep your copy of the bill of lading
- Refuse any clearly Damaged Items
- Contact us as soon as possible
- If this is done right we will replace or repair your product and Insurance
will cover.
The Bill of lading is a legal document that states you the "receiver" accepts
in good condition and clears the freight company of any damage claim etc...
If part or all of your shipment is damaged and you did not note this in any
way on the bill of lading, Insurance will deny the claim and you will own
the equipment as is.
Other Tips to Ensure a Easy Delivery
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
We ship via a variety of freight carriers. We want you to be prepared to
receive your delivery when it arrives.
Have a plan in place for getting equipment into your building and set in
place. Remember, this is your responsibility; the truck driver will not help
you. Check the item's specification sheet for all applicable dimensions and
installation requirements before placing your order, to ensure that it will
physically fit through your doorways, under ceilings, etc.
