It has a fully stainless steel exterior and a sturdy base constructed of corrosion resistant aluminized steel, making this one of the toughest and longest lasting machines on the market, but with it's minimalist design and shiny exterior it can be an attractive part of any modern commercial kitchen. It has one 3 ring burner and it is only 18" wide and 24.37" high, making this a small sized stock pot range.
