The Comstock Castle 3260-36-2RB is a countertop gas griddle and charbroiler combination unit. It features a robust stainless steel construction with a 60" wide and 28" deep frame. The unit includes a 36" x 24" griddle plate and a 24" x 24" broil area with cast iron grates. The griddle plate is 1" thick and comes with stainless steel splash guards on three sides for added convenience. The charbroiler section is equipped with iron radiants and can be used with either sloped or flat grates.
