Its fully insulated panels help maintain consistent heat while reducing energy usage, and the 14-gauge stainless-steel U-frame provides additional strength for heavy-duty use. Equipped with four U-type stainless-steel burners, each delivering 30,000 BTUs, the AEMG 48 EM offers a total of 120,000 BTUs for powerful cooking capabilities. The burners are spaced every 12 inches, ensuring full coverage and rapid recovery under heavy loads. This griddle includes a manual ignition system with stainless-steel standing pilot lights for precise heat management.
