It includes a 14-gauge stainless-steel hotplate 'U'-frame for added strength and durability, while the reversible cast iron grates offer flexibility for cooking both delicate items and hearty proteins. The integrated grease collection system, with a 4-inch-deep channel and a 1-inch stainless-steel grease tray, simplifies cleanup and keeps the work area tidy.

With a total of eight flute-type stainless-steel burners, each delivering 20,000 BTUs, the AERB 48 EM provides a total of 160,000 BTUs for powerful and even surface heating. The burners are spaced every 6 inches to ensure full coverage and rapid recovery under heavy loads. The charbroiler's manual ignition system, featuring stainless-steel standing pilot lights, allows for precise heat management across the cooking surface.
