The AUR48D4 is a 48-1/4" wide undercounter refrigerator with four pan drawers and 12.2 cu. ft. of refrigerated storage, built to sit under a prep counter or a cook line and hold product at 35°F to 38°F. It is stainless inside and out with a reinforced stainless top, runs on R290 refrigerant through a 1/6 HP system, and ships on 2" heavy duty swivel plate casters.

Four Pan Drawers

2" Heavy Duty Casters, Pre-Installed
Standard 2" heavy duty swivel plate casters — B0604434 with brake and B0604433 without — put overall height at 32-3/8" and let the unit roll out for cleaning.
Placement note: leave the unit room to breathe and clean the condenser frequently so it keeps drawing fresh air. Atosa recommends a set point between 35°F and 38°F for food preservation. The unit plugs into a standard NEMA 5-15P outlet at 115V, 15A.
