Atosa USA EHS-OW-3 — 3 Well Electric Steam Table, 44-1/8"
The EHS-OW-3 is a three well electric steam table in a 44-1/8" stainless steel body, drawing 1,425 W at 120V through a NEMA 5-15P plug. Each well is fully insulated on all four sides and the bottom, 8" deep, dry heating style, and carries its own 475 W element and infinite switch. Die-stamped 12" x 20" openings with a rising lip take full-size 6" deep pans, and water pans are standard.

Three Fully Insulated Open Wells
All four sides and the bottom of every well are insulated with fiberglass, in an 8" deep dry heating style open well, so heat goes into the pan instead of into the cabinet.
An Infinite Switch on Every Well
Each well has its own infinite switch, so soup at one end and a delicate vegetable at the other can be held at different settings on the same table.
475 W per Well, 1,425 W Total
Three 475 watt elements draw 1,425 W at 120V through a standard NEMA 5-15P plug, so the table runs off an ordinary 15 amp receptacle.
12" x 20" Die-Stamped Openings
Stainless steel die-stamped openings with a rising lip around each well keep spills out of the cabinet and let full-size 6" deep pans drop in and lift out cleanly.
18 Gauge Stainless Top, Body and Under Shelf
The top, body and under shelf are 18 gauge stainless steel on tubular stainless legs with adjustable stainless feet, with a 7" x 1/2" poly cutting board on a stainless support shelf.
Indicator Lights and Guarded Switches
An indicator light on each well shows both power on and element heating, and every switch sits behind a mechanical guard so it cannot be knocked off setting during service.
