The Atosa USA YRS0450A-161 makes up to 450 pounds of half-diced cube ice per 24 hours from a 22" wide modular head that sits on the storage bin of your choice. That separation is the point: pick the production rate and the bin capacity independently, and replace either one later without replacing both. It runs air cooled on environmentally friendly R290 with digital control and a 3M water filter system included.
Built to Keep Running
Half-Diced Cube Ice
Produces 3/8" × 7/8" × 7/8" half-diced cubes — the all-purpose cube that packs a glass tightly and melts slowly in soda and mixed drinks.
Digital Control
Digital control runs the harvest cycle, and the screwless front panel means routine access does not start with a screwdriver.
Self-Contained, Air Cooled
A self-contained air cooled system on environmentally friendly R290 refrigerant, drawing 11.9 amps at 1150 W on a standard 115V circuit.
Removable Air Filter
The air filter pulls out for cleaning — the single most effective thing an operator can do to keep production up in a hot kitchen.
3M Water Filter Included
A 3M water filter system comes standard. Atosa recommends replacing the cartridge about every 6 months, depending on water quality.
Bin Options
An optional bin thermostat kit (BYR0400217031) stops production when the bin is full, and a bin adaptor (BYR0400235001) fits this 22" head to a 30" bin.
This is an ice machine head only — a storage bin is required and sold separately. The unit also requires a drain. Leave room around the cabinet to breathe and clean the condenser frequently; maintenance and cleaning are not covered under warranty.
