The Carter-Hoffmann BB40 Heated Cabinet is designed to hold and transport pre-plated food while keeping it warm and ready for serving. It features a bottom-mounted, removable convection heating system with dial controls. The cabinet is constructed from stainless steel with a single door and includes a wrap-around bumper for protection during transport.
