All three double-pane glass doors have standard locks, so the full display can be secured at close in an unattended space. Each door is self-closing from 90° or less and has an automatic hold-open feature at 110° for restocking. If a door is not completely closed, the cabinet raises a visual and audible alarm so staff can shut it before the compartment warms and product is lost.

It is rated 33°F to 39°F, which covers bottled and canned beverages, dairy, packaged sandwiches, salads and cut fruit.
