The suffix tells you which end of the cabinet the drawers occupy. On the BLUR72-D2L-HC the two-drawer bank is on the left and the two self-closing swing doors take the middle and right sections; the D2R build mirrors that with the drawers on the right. Capacity, dimensions and refrigeration are the same, so choose the side that puts the drawers closest to where your cook actually works.

The two left-hand drawers are each sized for a 6" deep food pan. Behind the two swing doors you get four epoxy-coated wire shelves, two per compartment, all on adjustable supports. That gives you drawer access for prepped mise en place and full-height shelving for cases and tall containers in the same 72-3/8" cabinet.

The cabinet body measures 30-29/32" tall and the standard 4" swivel casters add about 5", so the installed height is roughly 35-29/32". That slides under a typical 36" countertop with a narrow margin. Blue Air lists 2.5" casters as an option if the opening is tighter or the floor is uneven.

A single standard 115 V / 60 Hz single-phase receptacle. The BLUR72-D2L-HC draws 5.2 amps and arrives with a 9.8 ft (3 m) flexible three-wire cord and a NEMA 5-15P plug already fitted, so no hard-wiring or dedicated high-amperage circuit is required for the whole 72" run.

Blue Air uses a hot gas frame heating system that circulates discharge gas through the frame rather than relying on an electric heater wire. Combined with the air guard on the rear wall that spreads circulation across all three sections and the self-closing doors, it keeps frames dry and temperature even on a humid line.

Net weight is 282 lbs (128 kg) and it ships at 351 lbs (159 kg), so plan on a lift gate and two people for placement. The self-contained condensing unit is rear mounted on an easy-sliding tray and the four swivel casters let you roll the cabinet out, so routine coil cleaning and compressor service do not require pulling the counter apart.
