The Carter-Hoffmann BB150XX is a heated cabinet designed for holding pre-plated food. It features a single door and is constructed from stainless steel with a completely welded double wall for durability. The cabinet is insulated with high-density fiberglass to retain heat effectively. It is equipped with a thermostatically controlled heat unit capable of accommodating up to 180 covered plates with a diameter of up to 12-3/4 inches.
