The Carter-Hoffmann BB1824 Heated Cabinet is designed for holding pre-plated banquet meals, trays, and pans. Constructed with a completely welded stainless steel cabinet, it features a bottom-mounted heating system with a thermostatically controlled heat unit. The cabinet is insulated with high-density fiberglass for efficient heat retention and includes adjustable shelves and tray slides to accommodate various food items.
