The Carter-Hoffmann FFS4V-25T1 is a Cook / Hold / Oven Cabinet designed for commercial applications such as kitchens in restaurants, canteens, and hospitals. Constructed from stainless steel, it features two double flip-up doors for easy loading and retrieval of products. The cabinet is equipped with a programmable touchscreen controller that allows for multiple menu settings and individual pan timers. It can accommodate up to four 18" x 26" standard sheet pans, although the pans are not included.
