The Carter-Hoffmann HL2-14 is a heated holding proofing cabinet designed to maintain cooked food at serving temperatures. Constructed from lightweight aluminum, it features a single-pane tempered glass door and a bottom-mounted blower heater with a humidity reservoir. The cabinet is equipped with mechanical controls and a digital thermometer for temperature monitoring.
