Carter-Hoffmann HL4-8 Heated Holding Proofing Cabinet, Half-Height
The Carter-Hoffmann HL4-8 is a heated holding proofing cabinet designed to maintain cooked food at serving temperatures. Constructed with insulated aluminum, it features a bottom-mounted blower heater with a water reservoir for humidity control. The cabinet includes a single-pane tempered glass door and mechanical controls for temperature and humidity settings.
