The hotLOGIX HL5-1812 is a heated food holding cabinet designed to keep cooked food warm and ready for serving. It features a top-mounted blower heater system with dial control and precision-engineered ducts for even air flow. Constructed from lightweight, insulated aluminum, this full-height cabinet includes Dutch doors and transport features such as a full perimeter wrap-around bumper and full-length ergonomic door handles.
