Carter-Hoffmann HL5-5 Heated Cabinet, Mobile

The Carter-Hoffmann HL5-5 is a heated cabinet designed for holding cooked food warm and ready for serving. It features a top-mounted blower heater capable of reaching temperatures up to 200°F (93°C). The cabinet is constructed from insulated aluminum with a double wall design and includes a single solid hinged door with a magnetic latch. It is equipped with mechanical controls and universal pan slides to accommodate various pan sizes.
