The Carter-Hoffmann HL7-8 Heated Cabinet is a mobile unit designed for holding cooked food warm and ready for serving. It features a top-mounted blower heater capable of heating up to 200°F (93°C) and is constructed with double wall, insulated stainless steel. The cabinet includes a dial control for easy temperature setting and a single solid field reversible door.
