The hotLOGIX HL8-12 is a heated holding cabinet designed for maintaining cooked food at serving temperatures. It features two separate compartments, each with its own heating system and electronic controls. The cabinet is constructed from stainless steel with double wall insulation and includes removable tray racks with adjustable wire universal slides.
