The Carter-Hoffmann HL8-14 is a mobile heated cabinet designed for holding cooked food warm and ready for serving. It features a single compartment with a 3/4 height design, constructed with insulated stainless steel. The cabinet is equipped with digital controls and a top-mounted forced air heating system, capable of reaching temperatures up to 200°F (93°C).
