Carter-Hoffmann PH1200 Heated Cabinet, Mobile
The Carter-Hoffmann PH1200 is a mobile heated cabinet designed for the transport and holding of cooked food at serving temperatures. Constructed from stainless steel, it features a removable bottom-mounted forced-air heating system and removable slides to accommodate up to sixteen 12"x20" pans. The unit is insulated and equipped with a wrap-around bumper and 5" swivel casters for easy mobility.
