The Carter-Hoffmann PH125 is a mobile heated cabinet designed for holding and transporting cooked food while keeping it warm. It features a top-mounted forced-air heating system and is constructed from stainless steel with insulated walls. The cabinet includes a right-hinged door with a sliding latch and removable slides for accommodating up to five 12"x20" pans.
