The Comstock Castle 10201 is a countertop gas griddle and hotplate combination. It features a 20-inch deep frame and is constructed with a stainless steel front and sides for durability. The unit includes two 12,000 BTU open burners and a 20-inch wide by 16-inch deep griddle plate that is 1/2 inch thick. The griddle is equipped with manual controls and a removable grease drawer for ease of use and maintenance.
