The Comstock Castle 1030 is a countertop gas griddle designed for use in commercial kitchens. It features a 30-inch wide by 16-inch deep griddle plate that is 1/2 inch thick. The griddle is equipped with three manual controls and includes a removable grease drawer for easy maintenance. Constructed with a stainless steel front and sides, it connects via a ¾ inch rear gas connection and operates at 36,000 BTU.
