The Comstock Castle 10T30 is a gas-powered countertop griddle designed for use in commercial kitchens. It features a 30-inch wide by 16-inch deep griddle plate that is 1/2 inch thick. The griddle is equipped with two thermostat controls for precise temperature management and includes a removable grease drawer for easy cleaning. The front and sides are constructed from stainless steel, and it connects via a 3/4 inch rear gas connection. The unit provides a total output of 36,000 BTU.
