The Comstock Castle 3248-30-1.5RB is a countertop gas griddle and charbroiler combination unit. It features a stainless steel exterior for corrosion resistance and easy cleaning. The unit includes a 30" x 24" x 1" thick griddle plate and an 18" x 24" cooktop broiler area with cast iron grates. The griddle plate is highly polished to minimize food sticking, and the charbroiler section is equipped with iron radiants for uniform heating. The unit is designed with stainless steel splash guards on three sides and comes with six manual controls for precise operation.
