The Comstock Castle 3248-36 is a countertop gas griddle and hotplate combination. It features a stainless steel exterior for corrosion resistance and easy cleaning. The unit includes two 24,000 BTU star burners with 12" x 12" cast iron hotplate grates, and a 36" wide x 24" deep x 1" thick griddle plate. The griddle is equipped with a 4" high splash guard and a front cold zone grease trough. The product is designed with five manual controls and a 3/4” gas connection.
