The Comstock Castle 3824MG is a gas-powered countertop griddle designed for large volume cooking. It features a 24" wide by 30" deep polished steel griddle plate with a 1" thickness, providing an even heat distribution. The griddle includes two manual controls and is equipped with a 4" splash guard on the back and ends, as well as a 3-1/2" wide front grease trough and a large removable grease drawer for efficient grease management.
