The Comstock Castle CCEGT36 is a countertop gas griddle designed for commercial kitchen use. It features a smooth, highly polished steel griddle plate with welded seams, ensuring a seamless cooking surface. The griddle is equipped with three thermostat controls and a 3" splash guard on the back and ends. It includes a 3" wide front grease trough and a removable grease drawer for efficient grease management.
