The Comstock Castle CCGTF-35-N Fryer is a natural gas-powered countertop appliance designed for frying applications. Constructed with a stainless steel front and flue, it features a stainless steel tube type fry pot with a cold zone to prevent refrying crumbs and extend shortening life. The fryer includes a snap action thermostat for temperature control and has a 35 lb. fat capacity. It is equipped with a 1” diameter drain valve and extension pipe for efficient draining.
