The Comstock Castle CCHG-12T is a countertop gas griddle designed for use in commercial kitchens. It features a 12-inch wide by 30-inch deep frame and is constructed with a smooth, highly polished steel griddle plate measuring 12 inches by 22.5 inches with a thickness of 3/4 inch. The griddle is equipped with a thermostat control for precise temperature management and includes a 4-inch splash guard on the back and ends. It also has a 3-inch wide front grease trough and a removable grease drawer for easy cleaning. The exterior is made of stainless steel, and the unit stands on 4-inch stainless steel legs. It connects via a 3/4-inch gas connection and operates at 30,000 BTU.
