Comstock Castle CCHG-48-1 Griddle, Gas, Countertop

The Comstock Castle CCHG-48-1 is a countertop gas griddle designed for commercial kitchen use. It features a 48-inch wide and 30-inch deep frame with a smooth, highly polished steel griddle plate that measures 48 inches by 22.5 inches and is 1 inch thick. The griddle is equipped with four manual controls, a 4-inch splash guard on the back and ends, and a 3-inch wide front grease trough with a removable grease drawer. The exterior is made of stainless steel, and it is supported by 4-inch stainless steel legs.
