The Comstock Castle CCHG-60-1 is a gas-powered countertop griddle designed for commercial kitchen use. It features a 60" wide frame with a smooth, highly polished steel griddle plate that measures 60" x 22-1/2" x 1" thick. The griddle is equipped with five manual controls, a 4" splash guard on the back and ends, and a 3" wide front grease trough. The stainless steel exterior and removable grease drawer facilitate easy cleaning and maintenance.
