The Comstock Castle CCMG3136-1 is a countertop gas griddle designed for commercial kitchen use. It features a smooth, highly polished steel griddle plate that measures 36 inches wide by 24 inches deep and is 1 inch thick. The griddle is equipped with three manual controls and a 4-inch splash guard on the back and ends. It includes a 3-inch wide front grease trough and a removable grease drawer for easy maintenance.
