The Comstock Castle CCR6-C is a 36-inch wide gas range designed for restaurant use. It features six open top burners, each with individual 12” x 12” cast iron grates. The range includes a full-width drip pan and a convection oven equipped with two wire racks. Constructed with a stainless steel front, back, and shelf, and galvanized sides, it is supported by 6-inch adjustable legs. The range is capable of delivering a total of 211,000 BTU and includes a 3/4" gas connection.
