The Comstock Castle CS-12C-12G is a countertop griddle and charbroiler combination unit. It features a stainless steel construction for corrosion resistance and easy cleaning. The unit includes a 12" griddle and a 12" charbroiler, each with its own burner for efficient cooking. The griddle has a high polish cold rolled steel cook surface, while the charbroiler is equipped with cast iron grates. Both sections are designed for optimal heat distribution and include large capacity grease drawers.
