Constructed with a corrosion-resistant stainless steel finish, it includes adjustable stainless steel legs for leveling. The griddle has a high polish cold rolled steel cook surface, while the charbroiler is equipped with cast iron grates and heavy gauge carbon steel radiants for even heat distribution.
