The Comstock Castle CS-G60-TH-C is a gas-powered countertop griddle designed for commercial kitchen use. It features a 60-inch wide frame with a 33-inch deep structure and a 24.5-inch deep chrome surface griddle plate. The griddle is equipped with a reliable Robertshaw snap action thermostat and TS11 safety pilot controls, allowing for precise temperature management up to 450°F. The unit is constructed with a double welded griddle splash guard, a front grease trough, and two removable deep grease drawers for efficient grease management. The griddle is supported by six stainless steel adjustable legs and includes a 3/4" rear gas connection.
