The Comstock Castle CS-G60-TH is a gas-powered countertop griddle designed for commercial kitchen use. It features a 60-inch wide frame and a polished steel griddle plate that is 1 inch thick. The griddle is equipped with a Robertshaw snap action thermostat, capable of reaching temperatures up to 450°F, and TS11 safety pilot controls. The unit includes a double welded griddle splash guard, a front grease trough, and two removable deep grease drawers. It is constructed with a stainless steel finish and insulated side panels, supported by six adjustable legs.
