The Comstock Castle CSSUHP36 is a countertop gas hotplate designed for commercial kitchen use. It features a stainless steel exterior finish for easy cleaning and corrosion resistance. The unit includes six cast iron burners, each rated at 30,000 BTU, and six 12" x 12" cast iron grates with cast-in aeration bowls to reflect heat efficiently. The hotplate is equipped with reliable brass gas valves and adjustable standing pilots for each burner, ensuring consistent performance. The unit also includes adjustable stainless steel legs for easy leveling.
