The Comstock Castle EG18 is a countertop gas griddle with a 27-1/2" deep frame. It features an 18" wide by 20" deep cooking surface with a 5/8" thick highly polished steel griddle plate. The unit is equipped with two manual controls, a 3" splash guard on the back and ends, and a 4-1/2" wide front grease trough. The griddle includes a large removable grease drawer and an aluminized steel exterior finish.
