The Comstock Castle ELB60 is a countertop gas charbroiler designed for commercial use. It features a 27-1/2" deep frame and a 60" wide by 20" deep grill area. The unit is constructed with cast iron grates that can be positioned sloped or flat, and includes cast iron bottom grates. The charbroiler is equipped with five manual controls and a stainless steel splash guard, all housed within a stainless steel frame.
