The Comstock Castle FHP18-18T is a countertop gas griddle designed for use in food service environments. It features an 18-inch wide by 21-inch deep cooking surface with a 3/4-inch thick polished steel griddle plate. The griddle includes a thermostatic control and a 4-inch splash guard on the back and ends. It is equipped with a front grease trough and a removable grease drawer for ease of cleaning. The exterior is constructed from stainless steel, supported by 4-inch stainless steel legs.
