The Comstock Castle FHP36-24-1LB is a countertop gas griddle and charbroiler combination. It features a cabinet-style frame with a corrosion-resistant stainless steel finish and welded angle iron construction. The unit includes a 12" x 21" char-broiler area with cast iron grates and a 24" x 21" griddle plate. The griddle plate is 3/4" thick and comes with stainless steel splash guards on three sides. The unit is equipped with three manual controls and has a total output of 83,000 BTU.
