The Comstock Castle FHP36-24T-1RB is a countertop gas griddle and charbroiler combination unit. It features a 36" wide frame with a 28" depth, incorporating a 12" x 21" char-broiler area with cast iron grates that can be set sloped or flat. The unit also includes a 24" x 21" x 3/4" thick griddle plate. The exterior is constructed from stainless steel with splash guards on three sides and stands on 4" stainless steel legs. It is equipped with two thermostatic griddle controls and one manual char-broiler control, providing a total of 83,000 BTU.
