The unit includes cast iron grates that can be sloped or flat, and a lava rock with cast iron bottom grates. It also has an 18-inch by 21-inch by 3/4-inch thick griddle plate, stainless steel splash guards on three sides, and a stainless steel exterior. The unit is equipped with a thermostatic griddle control and four manual char-broiler controls.
