The Comstock Castle FHP48-24T-2RB is a countertop griddle and charbroiler combination unit. It features a 48-inch wide frame with a 24-inch griddle and a 24-inch radiant broiler. The unit is constructed with stainless steel splash guards on three sides and a stainless steel exterior for durability. It includes cast iron grates that can be used sloped or flat, and iron radiants for uniform heating. The griddle plate is 3/4 inch thick, and the unit is equipped with thermostatic griddle controls and manual char-broiler controls.
