The Comstock Castle HG36T-1-FG is a gas-powered countertop griddle. It features a 36-inch wide fully grooved cooking surface made of highly polished steel. The griddle is equipped with three thermostat controls for precise temperature management. It includes a 4-inch splash guard on the back and ends, a 3-inch wide front grease trough, and a removable grease drawer for easy maintenance. The exterior is constructed from stainless steel, and the unit stands on 4-inch stainless steel legs.
